Maryanna R. Diaz brings over two decades of experience leading programs and teams in complex, high-stakes national security environments. She has extensive expertise across defense and intelligence operations, delivering strategic advisory, program management, and operational solutions that drive measurable impact.
Maryanna began her career on Active Duty and in the Virginia Army National Guard as a Military Police Officer, including multiple deployments in support of the Global War on Terrorism. After transitioning from uniformed service, she continued supporting national security missions as a defense contractor and Army Civilian, later moving into the corporate sector to guide strategic growth and program management for defense and intelligence clients.
She founded Willow Informative Services to provide organizations with a values-driven approach to solving complex challenges, combining structure, insight, and partnership. Maryanna focuses on strengthening and amplifying existing capabilities, helping teams adapt, grow, and lead through complexity with confidence.
